At Vicuña Chocolate, we ethically source the finest organic cocoa beans from: Öko-Caribe, Dominican Republic Maya Mountain Cacao, Belize Alto Beni Cacao Co., Bolivia Fortaleza del Valle, Ecuador Cacao Verapaz, Guatemala We sort, roast, crack, winnow, and stone grind cocoa beans, then temper, mold, and hand-wrap our signature 70% dark chocolate bars on site.
